Description

The triangular project is designed for a plot of land marked by Patočkova, Střešovická and U Laboratoře street, lot No. 901 of Střešovice land register.
Four sections marked A, B, G and H, situated in the north-west of the lot, are going to be residential, while the other four marked C, D, E and F, situated along Patočkova street, are designed as rental property. There are parking facilities and technical utilities in the basement. This is a permanent new project.
The sections C, D, E and Fcomprise 28 appartments ranging from two-bedroom– to five-bedroom flats. Section D contains one barrier-free unit. The residential sections A, B, G and H comprise five flats to a building. In total, there will be 20 flats ranging from two-bedroom- to four-bedroom ones.
The underground garages are divided into two wings: the one with the main entrance-way is east-west oriented, parallel to Střešovická street, and the other one is perpendicular to it. The main use of this area stretching across one underground storey and one mezzanine in section A, is for parking facilities and drive-ways.
The overground part of the project comprises eight individual buildings embedded in one common foundation-bed. Sections  A, B and H have three storeys each with one receding penthouse. The other five sections are one story higher. Each individual section has its own technical utilities, cellars and warehouses located on the first underground floor and they are accessible both from the underground parking facilities and the overground residential area in a barrier-free manner.
The load-bearing structure is designed as a wall-slab system, complemented by inner columns so that the span of the ceiling slabs does not exceed 6m; the only exception being the receding top floor, where the slab’s range is designed at 8m.
The majority of the façade is going to be finished in brick slips in two shades, anthracite and pure white, based on the architects’ choice. The northern façade at the first overground-floor level is going to be composed of a suspended ventilated façade made of glass tiles LACOBEL, the staircase at this level is going to be cladded with structural glass.
To suit high technical and heating requirements and keep the consumption of energy down, the windows are made of aluminium.
